Poll question: Will this Foley thing effect rw fundraising? |
|
Edited on Mon Oct-02-06 01:14 AM by djohnson
(typos edited) These days, I can't really see how supposedly conservative individuals can tell their associates they are going to a Republican fundraiser without feeling embarrassed. Those few Repukes who really do have 'family values' must perceive their party as more and more synonymous with questionable morals. Keep in mind this question applies to Repukes who really do have a sense of family, whether or not it is combined with typical Republican greed and hypocrisy.
If it has no effect, I wonder why?

1. A slow down. However... |

Many in the base will put their fingers in their ears, squeeze their eyes tight shut, and hum loudly, or plug their IPods into Limbaugh and Faux. Truth to tell.

I haven’t been listening to RW talk radio, but I am sure they are trying to dig up an incident when some Democrat was caught doing something similar. This is how their standards continue to sprial down. If they do something wrong it suddenly becomes alright.
