So Hastert was a teacher. So was I, for 32 years, and if I even SUSPECTED |
|
that a child was at risk I was required BY LAW to report it. Failure to do so could have resulted in the loss of my job and possible jail time. This fat fuck doesn't have a leg to stand on. He stands exposed, with the rest of his party, as a group which cares solely about maintaining the trappings of power; and if a few children are subjected to a pederast in furtherance of the cause, well, you can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs.

Teachers, and many others are mandatory reporters. It's federal law. Furthermore, penalties for offense were increased in the very law for which all these sicko Repukes stood in front of the Capital building for a photo op. That's right, the Adam Walsh Bill increased penalties for failure to report by mandatory reporters.
And who's standing right near Hastert at this photo op? That's right. It's Mark Foley.
Congresspersons are not amongst the class of federal employees who are mandatory reporters. However, these guys all passed the law to increase penalties for the precise type of cover-up in which they all participated.

he was brought an accusation of improper conduct-a deadly serious one- and he kept it from the opposition. He "investigated" by asking the accused "Did you do this thing?" and the reply was not even a denial!!! "Maybe I was a little "over-friendly"." is no way the reply of an innocent man. Now tipped off that there probably is a ""there" there he completes his investigation by (Contacting the accuser??? Oh God,NO!!!) saying "Case closed!" and deciding there is no need for any action nor to report the incident to those rotten democrats who would probably just use it for political advantage.....
