It's fun, it's easy. Figure out the who, what , where and (optional) why of the October surprise that Karl Rove has been bragging about.

Example:

Al Qaeda, Dirty Bomb, US Mexican Border--Why? Republicans have wasted two years on immigration. This makes it looked like two years well spent. The Terra effect is obvious. There has been a low level internet buzz about a plan like this scheduled for Ramadan this year since this spring based on one report, so the White House can claim that it isntan October Surprise, but they didnt have enough solid proof. Cheney can get on Sunday TV and claim the nuclear material came from either Saddam's missing WMDs or Iran, his choice. It gets the US scared of nukes, in preparation for a post election attack on Iran to distract from election fraud and theft by the GOP. Jose Padilla was arrested for a plot like this. The administration can claim they were right to deny him his rights.

There are lots of possibilities. Osama Bin Laden on ice. Bird flu. Evil spirits in the voting booths.
