Video of how Fox "news" EDITED Colbert Report video to make Dem look Bad!!
I just found this video at YouTube that someone put together that shows how Fox "news" took that "Better Know A District" video, where Stephen Colbert got Florida Democratic Congressman Robert Wexler to say a bunch of stuff that "...would lose him the election, if he wasn't unopposed..." on a recent Colbert Report.

If you saw the original video on The Colbert Report, you'll know that it took a LOT of coaching, by Colbert, to get him to say these things, Coaching that Fox "news" edited out of the video they showed and claimed were spontaneous.

Is this a new low or what?

Here's the link: <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGqPxn7njqM>

Here's the full interview from The Colbert Report, the video that they used start after 4:15 in the original clip, link below:

3. Stunts like this, along with the blatant "Foley(D-FL)" lie, could backfire
A lot of Faux News viewers probably don't know Colbert, but after seeing this video snippet without any context given by Faux News, they may be prompted to check out Colbert's show. When they see that Colbert's show is entirely satirical, some of their fair viewers will question Faux News' credibility.

Same goes for the "Foley (D-FL)" mislabel.

11. Well, when you put all the pieces together,
it becomes clear that this is something that is very dangerous. Before now, the worst that we could expect from the media was complete apathy & rose-colored glasses in their WH reporting. These two incidents of blatant lying are accompanied by a very partisan president who has been making campaign rounds making stuff up about the Democrats. It seems like the standards continued to be lowered, with no means of keeping them in check. Yes, I take it very seriously.

6. What a bunch of jerks. Still, anyone who sees a clip like this
without realizing it has been edited should realize that he is kidding! The people who actually watch Fox won't care much, but if random people happen to catch the edited clip, I don't think they'll really care.
