In New Jersey, Menendez Grabs Slight Lead
In New Jersey, Menendez Grabs Slight Lead
A new Fairleigh Dickinson-PublicMind poll gives Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) a 42% to 37% lead over challenger Tom Kean (R) among likely voters. The lead grows to 7 points if voters who are leaning toward a particular candidate are included.

This poll is almost a mirror image of a partisan poll released last night that had Kean in the lead by 5 points.

1. Not good enough. We NJers (including myself) have to work harder
on behalf of Menendez. Leave nothing to chance.

2. Menendez will probably win.
The polls will start to solidify pretty soon.

3. As NJ resident I'm torn on these polls....
On one hand I don't take anything for granted. On the other hand I've seen this happen time and again whereby the polls show a close race yet the Dem wins handily.

4. Remember in 2004
In the last week of the campaign, the Bush people began to think that they could take NJ.

But Kerry ended up taking the state by 7 points.

7. Not in Jersey. It won't be close.
The vile, child molesting pukes will try to suppress voter turnout first.
