Maybe. I'm not even sure it was here at DU that I read it.
It may have been a linked article.

It was about a 15 year old boy being tortured at Gitmo, and
described some of the methods that had been used on him.

One I distinctly remember was of him being bound up and used
as a human mop to clean up his own waste.

Can anyone help me out?
