I know, they still count Lieberman as a Dem, but if he wins and stays an Independent and we win Missouri, it won't matter. If he decides to switch parties, which he may do, or if he takes Rumsfeld's spot, which I doubt will happen, then we still don't have a majority in the Senate. And in the best case scenario, Lamont will turn it around and win in November and we won't have to worry about Joe anymore.

1. I wouldn't take these people too seriously.

In 2004 they had Senator Kerry leading all the way - then after the election they changed the site to look like they were right all the time.

And I wonder about the 'Exit" polls, too. I was working at the polls so I didn't know what was going on.

When I got home there were 27 messages on my voice mail - "We WON - We WON"!

If polls settled elections then there would have been a President Gore and Kerry.

The people may vote Democratic, but the Machinez will always vote the way they're programmed to.
