15. No, it's a phony story
Bushies paid off N. Korea - will give them a few favors in days to come, you watch: "concessions" (har har) - allowing them to take a little heat - N. Korea will deny it in a couple days - meanwhile all Rethug eyes are looking at the chimp to save them. A master stroke by the puppetmeisters.

4. That is a very, very bad thing.
Nations should not be so afraid of us as to attempt to obtain nuclear weapons. I'm sure you understand why this is a bad thing. If only when we promised not to invade a country, they believed us!

11. So he can't even lie. He'll just do it without a word.
We really need to impeach him as fast as possible.

10. Yep. Call em the "axis of evil" and then sitting on your ass will do that.
I seem to remember a line from a rap song where a father is teaching his son. He says "if you ever have to draw heat then USE IT. If you hve a chance to walk away then DO IT." Chimporer pulled heat he couldn't use, and now the other guy is locked and loaded.

5. Yep. We can destroy the world many times over.
We don't exactly live by the Golden Rule.

9. Never have and unfortunately never will
If we are serious about even appearing to be moral, we will adhere to the merest of moral truisms - that of universality. We shall apply the same standards, if not more stringent ones, to ourselves that we apply to others. Of course, none of our leaders are serious about even appearing to by moral. Professor Chomsky can explain it all.

6. Thanks
But I don't feel any better. I fell worse. We shouldn't even have one either.

13. All the loony dictator wanted was a little attention.
I mean the N. Korean one. And Bush ignored him, and disrespected him.

So, are we paying attention now? Another diplomatic disaster from Bush.

14. I think the Repubs. are thrilled by this...
Edited on Sun Oct-08-06 10:40 PM by jenmito
Knocks Foley right out of the news. Lets Bush look like a CIC again (although I don't see how this can make him look GOOD that a member of the "axis of evil" tested a nuke against Bush's will. But then again, everytime bin Laden flaunts the fact he's still free, Bush's numbers go up. Beats me WHY they go up...

And didn't the geologists just say they didn't detect any underground motion but then our govt. said they believe they DID test it?
