N. Korea tests nukes....does this tell them that his antidiplomacy has FAILED miserably? why no, it means he knows who will be unsafe, and that, er, makes us feel safer that he has increased the number and strength of madmen despots who hate us.
9/11...does this tell them that his 8 month vacaction and totally ignorign any warnings was an abject FAILURE and dereliction of duty? Why no, it means he alone can keep us safe.
