Hastert Future Leaders

Open to all high school students, Hastert Future Leaders offers students the chance to learn about and become involved in the political process.

Focusing this year on "The Characteristic of a Leader" HFL students will be hosting quarterly meetings featuring workshops with political professionals, round tables with elected leaders and opportunities to gain hands-on campaign experience.

Continually growing in membership HFL provides political and community minded students the forum to network and discuss current -national and community based issues.

If you’d like to get involved or learn more about HFL please contact the Hastert for Congress Committee at 630.879.1988.

"Encouraging high school students to become involved in the political process, allows them to have a voice, and it enables them to test their leadership skills. These students are the leaders of tomorrow."
J. Dennis Hastert, Speaker of the House
