Mr. bush, Would you please lie under oath so that we might impeach you?
You recently said, “Democrats take a law enforcement approach to terrorism. That means America will wait until we’re attacked again before we respond.”

You also said, “If you listen closely to some of the leaders of the Democratic Party,“it sounds like they think the best way to protect the American people is — wait until we’re attacked again.”

I know that your party places (or at least it did until sometime in the year 2000) a great value on integrity and truth.

Please make these charges under oath so that we may be rid of you.

3. His full of lies pre Iraq War SOTU address was a crime.
Making false statements to congress is actually a crime, oath or no oath.

But see John Conyers website for more specific information regarding impeachable offenses already committed by the executive - actually here is a link to the report:

4. He made sure that his reluctant 9/11 testimony was not under oath
so it couldn't be held against him.
Not that it matters with the Congress we have.

5. He already has, when he swore to uphold and defend the constitution
of the United States, when he took the oath of office after the coup of 2000.
