I just caught a Bill Nelson television ad.
If I hadn't known better I'd have thought it was a GOP candidate ad circa 1986. The only addition to the copy of "faith, family, prayer breakfast leader, personal responsibility and fiscal responsibility" that wouldn't have been in a GOP ad twenty years ago were the words "corporate responsibility."

*sigh*

Nice that a man with these values votes in favor of torture and funding land mines. Blech!

2. Is he a Dixiecrat or what?
Because about the only thing he shares in common with me is the state we live in.

6. Seriously. I'd like to see him send some of that money to...
congressional candidates who could be in play.

4. An article in last weeks's St. Pete Times
By Adam Smith, who's normally an asshole, had a good point. He said since he's so far ahead in the polls, and had $16 million in the bank, and Cruella only had about $3 million, he should do the right thing, and donate some to help the Dems win a few congressional races. If he gave $5,000 to every Dem, who's in a fight, in the state, it would cost $100,000.

A couple of candidates I know, had a little conversation with him last Sun. in Ocala. He pretty much told them to "fuck off".

7. I should have read your post before I responded above.
I just cannot tell you how disgusted I am with Nelson right now. It's maddening.
