2007 Calendar I bought - George W. Bush Out of Office Countdown wall calen
I got it at B&N tonight. I usually wait till calendars are half-off after the year starts - but I couldn't chance they'd sell out of this one. Hope they do a 2008 one. It is still depressing to see how many days this idiot still has left in office.

This is from Amazon.com

Book Description
Hang in there-it's almost over!

Much of the nation has been counting the days since the first inauguration of the president who said, "I'm the commander-see, I don't need to explain-I do not need to explain why I say things. That's the interesting thing about being president."

Yes, there is hope-and now you can count down the days while enjoying:

the best of Bush bloopers and blunders

the indictments, scandals, embarrassments and audacity of the president's advisors, admirers (think Harriet), cronies, appointees (see "cronies") and strange bedfellows

1. I don't think he plans to leave in 2009.
I think he'll cook up some bullshit "national emergency" to hang on to power.

2. Freepers had same conspiracy theory about Clinton
By the time we get to 2009 if he tried that I think there would be a storming of DC.

3. If I thought I could stand
looking at him, (which I couldn't) I would still opt for a calendar featuring the art of Kandinsky. Or pictures of this great land, our wilderness areas...
