Ney's been in alcohol treatment since he was indicted,
Edited on Fri Oct-13-06 10:50 AM by babylonsister
per CNN. He also won't resign until the last minute because he needs the money and we, suckers that we are, are footing the bill.
What IS it with these rethugs?
And when will someone with half a brain change the ethics rules to preclude paying for crooks like this?

4. Sounds like the entire GOP caucus was on the sauce
Will that be their excuse for all the wretched legislation they've passed for Stupidhead? "Oh shit, we repealed habeas? I must have been drunk off my ass!"

Yeah, these fuckers were drunk, all right. But it wasn't alcohol fueling their bender.

5. What's this new fad with the damn Repukes?
Everytime they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar (or on a page's ass) they blame alcohol and check into rehab......this supposed to be an excuse and a 'get out' of jail free card?

6. Reminds me of an old tune, slightly altered...
My Uncle Bill has a still on the Hill where he brews up a gallon or two
And the pubs in the House get so drunk and so soused
On that good old, that good old Mountain Dew.

Well they call it that good old Mountain Dew
And them who refuse it are few
Seems like all of the pugs are sipping from the jugs
of that good old, that good old Mountain Dew.

10. how many rethugs are either in rehab or in the slam?
foley, ney, cunningham . . . . .

of course, in the on deck circle, we have delay and frist.

and after the mid-terms, I am sure many more will wind up in rehab. maybe
it's time to buy stock in the premier abuse treatment facility in the DC area.
