Just came back from Nancy Pharma Johnson vs. Chris Murphy debate in CT

Nancy Pharma lied her ass off but Chris didn'
t let her get away with it. She had the nerve to say Congress fully funded No Child Left Behind and when Chris rebutted her lie, she revised herself, saying Congress fully funded the testing of NCLB. Chris said there's a lot more to NCLB than just providing the tests.

He slammed her on the Iraq War, voting for Bush budgets time after time and a lot more.

Took hundreds of thousands from Big Insurance/Pharma/Health Care as she helped write the Bush drug bill that prevents US gov. from using its bulk buying power to lower drug costs. Chris really nailed her on that. She also helped Bushco run up our $700 billion deficit/$8.5 trillion debt, sent us to Iraq to get WMD that weren't there, caused tens of thousands to die---the "sweet" grandmother is nothing but a BushCo operative.

She had the nerve to say she was working on lowering the deficit. Chris nailed her on that, too, reminding everyone that when Congress became a Rethug majority and * came to office, there were $billions in surplus.

Also, Chris bashed her on tax cuts for the top 1% at a time of war.
