For the first time in history, the Omaha World-Herald has endorsed a Democrat running for Congress in the 3rd District!

In an editorial on Sunday, the Omaha World-Herald made an unusually strong, powerful endorsement of Scott’s candidacy:

The Final Debate

After Adrian Smith ducked out of a scheduled debate in Grand Island on October 23rd, the final 3rd District congressional debate took place this past Sunday in Scottsbluff. Scott spoke of the need to bring Nebraskans of all political persuasions together to move our district forward. His opponent resorted to typical sound bites, slogans, and divisive rhetoric.
