Get a bullhorn and go after those Bush supporters

Nearly 4 out of 10 people still support Junior Bush. Can`t say it`s surprising, but it sure is frightening. About the only thing that would plunge Bush into the 20`s would be his appearance in an I Heart Michael Schiavo tee shirt or if Laura got unruly and forgot her lines.

As long as Rove doesn`t eliminate the favored top 1% in his dictates and Bush doesn`t ask Americans to sacrifice, support will probably not go much lower. Why? Because even with body bags piling up and The Constitution in tatters, Bush can still count on the cheers of an adoring 30-something per cent. That would be like me eager to be a defense witness for the guy who stabbed me in the back, burned down my house and blew up the neighborhood school.

Maybe in another year we`ll see prime time specials where hordes of Bush supporters offer up their eldest for his War on Peace Activists or his War on Free Thinkers or his War on Diplomacy. After all, everything was broken when Bush arrived on the scene and if he`s anything at all, he`s the Right Wing`s Mr. Fix-It. That little pair of gloved hands was just itching to make things right. Want more oil? Take it. Want to prove even you can be a hero? Bomb it. Hate a challenge? Crush it. No use for history? Wreck it. Scared of the truth? Lie about it.

I don`t like to carelessly toss the word "crisis" around, but I swear we`re up to our eyeballs in one. The 30-something per cent may be out shopping at the Delirium Mall but I have my eyes fixed on that horrific mess in Iraq and I`m plain sick to my stomach over it. Somehow we have to stop this lunacy.

Even then, there would be those would would say "clinton corrupted him, it's Clinton's fault" or
"the Dems have timed this to do maximum damage just before the elections". Or some other idiotic
