Isn't it ironic? Ohio Could Doom GOP In 2006
For more than a decade, Ohio was the place where Democratic dreams went to die.
Now, in the state that sealed President Bush's 2004 re-election, even Republicans concede Rep. Ted Strickland in on track to become the first Democratic governor in 16 years.

At the same time, Rep. Sherrod Brown has clawed his way to a large lead in the polls over GOP Sen. Mike DeWine.

Democrats have led for weeks for two House seats long in Republican hands, and party officials talk giddily of snatching two or three more seats -- gains that would almost certainly portend an end to GOP control of the House.

2. after listening to Tom Hartman today
I learned that voter purge 4.0 has started. Every Single Democratic voter in the State of Ohio had better check and recheck their voting status. Even if they registered yesterday they need to check. The repukes are in a full steal mode.

5. If the republicans suddenly get a "last minute 14% rally"
on election day and win by a nose, do you think anyone in the mainstream media will scream about election fraud?

I don't think so. And that's why the double digit lead doesn't reassure me. They can still tell thousands of people at the polls "Go home, you can't vote." And then they can use their wonderful electronic voting machines to swing the rest of the votes they need. And if that doesn't work, they can take the votes/memory cards into a back room somewhere like last time and change the votes after the fact.

We still have no assurance that the votes will be counted accurately or that the person who gets the most votes will be the winner.

7. That's devastating and completely NOT a surprise, they are going to steal
Ohio and at least three other key state with republican Secretary of States. Purging millions of DEMOCRATIC voters via Diebold software.

Do you have a direct link to the Daily Kos breaking story?
