Bush in a science museum
Sounds funny doesn't it?

Well right here in good old Richmond. Private affair fundraising for Sen. Macacawitz.

Traffic and parking restrictions a concern for area residents as President Bush comes to town. He will be headlining a private reception and fundraiser for republican Sen. George Allen.

Part of the event will be held at the Virginia Science Museum. Britt Drewes with Richmond Public Works says that means parts of DMV drive and West Leigh street will be closed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Meanwhile, former commander in chief Bill Clinton will attend a fundraiser for Allen challenger Jim Webb. The event is at the Mclean home of former Virginia senator Chuck Robb.

Webb also landed a big endorsement yesterday from the Washington Post. The editorial called the democrat "admirable and independent- minded."

6. Science Museum of Virginia
The directors of the Science Museum see this as an opportunity to educate the Twin Georges, but the task at hand is huge. Evolution, stem cells, global warming...it's going to take a lot longer than the time they've allotted.
