Someone needs to create a "Rovian Bingo Board"

Anyone remember the bingo boards that one of the DU'ers with graphics expertise made during the presidential debates?

As Bush said a certain key word during the debates that we GUESSED he would say, we could put an "X" over that word.

We could easily come up with all of the last minute Rovian tactics they are bound to try in the next 19 days.

The things that I think they timed just for this election that could already be checked off the bingo board are:

- The bogus thwarting of the British airline plot. Remember, even though most of the supposed suspects didn't even have passports.. Bush still talks about how they thwarted what he says "would have been bigger than 911" in most of his speeches.

- Vote on Minimum Wage just prior to recess Fortunately, this backfired on them!

- Record low gas prices (Don't forget- they discovered the oil reserve on the first day of this campaign season)

- Record high DOW (resulting from the bogus low gas prices) as well as "Hanky Panky Bernankie" not raising the interest rates for the last 5 weeks in a row before the election.

- $4 generic drug program begins during campaign period by GOP's sugar daddy, Walmart.

- The Suddam Hussein verdict. Give me a break! After all this time, they announce the verdict on Sunday, November 5th?

I wonder how effective some of those ploys would have been had the things beyond their control not have happened? Foley, Macacca, Worsening situation in Iraq, etc.

I'm not sure what else they have up their sleeves.. but I'll bet we'd do pretty good guessing most of the things that are still around the corner.
