That's what the Google article title said.... then I click on it the page had and error. When I reloaded the article's title changed
to 'Generals concedes failures in Baghadad."

Though they sloughed off their service for "other priorities" and to work on GOP campaigns, their revisionist history is that Vietnam was a worthy and winnable war that was messed up by Commie Kerry and Hanoi Jane.
