Mr. President. Consulting with generals won't fix the problem. Your policy is the problem. Here is some advice.

When 150 Taliban leaders gather for a funeral, make them the object of the funeral. Screw the DOD lawyers. Better yet, reassign them to the front.

When religious leaders like Sadr take up arms, make them die by the bullet.

When Mullahs, imams, and Muslim clerics preach death to America, place a bullet between their eyes.

When a whole Muslim community, takes up arms against America, drop a MOAB.

The object is for our brave bastards to make the other dumb bastards die for their religion. It's not any more complicated than that.

Let's face it, you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs. Case in point: in WWII the Germans adopted that principle wholeheartedly in the East and went at it with the ruthless efficiency and ingenuity typical of that race. They killed 27 million Soviets. They wiped out 25% of the population of Poland. And we all know the result: Germany won the war, and Russia and Poland ceased to exist!!!

Oh wait a minute, no, that's not what happened (history primer follows for those who may not have gotten to this point in their studies): Poland is still here; Germany was broken into pieces for 50 years; Prussia (NOT a typo for Russia, but the most militant and powerful of all the German states) was obliterated probably forever; and all Germans who survived the war, whether they supported Hitler or the war or not, got to enjoy all the humiliation, impoverishment, shame, and universal scorn that comes with being a nasty aggressor nation who gets its butt kicked. And you'd better pray that you were getting kicked around by the Americans, British, or Frenchmen, and not by the pissed-off survivors of your massive killing sprees in the East. It was not good to be a German, especially if you were a woman, when the Russians came to make you pay for the sins of your nation.

But, on the plus side, we have an ocean and don't have to worry about vengeful Iraqis swimming it to overrun us and plant their flag on the Capitol dome. We can adopt the German methods safely, because only our soldiers will bleed for them, and to the Freeper that is a small price to pay; furthermore, by imagining the atrocities being committed in the name of his flag, he will be spared the expense of Viagra. And, let's face it, if you're broken inside it makes you feel good to live vicarously through state-sanctioned murder. Works all the time.
