Charlie’s On The Phone

By Brian E. Crowley | Friday, October 20, 2006, 09:47 AM

Here’s a phone message Charlie Crist is leaving with some voters while urging them to vote early:

“I support a constitutional amendment to protect traditional marriages, and I oppose adoption by gay couples. I also support the ban on human cloning, and I want to ensure the right to display the Ten Commandments in public places.”

(Once again, empty promises from Charlie Crist...)

The Crist campaign would not comment on the phone message. In response to a question about the call, campaign spokeswoman Vivian Myrtetus wrote, “We won’t discuss specific tactics or details.”

1. He doesn't really support any of these things. He is just politicing.
If people beleive that line of b.s. then they are stupider than I thought.

2. That weasel will say anything anyone wants to hear to get a vote.

He was my state rep when I lived in Tampa and now it's looking more and more like he's going to be Governor. He was a pompous ass then and is even worse now, but the GOP sheep in this state won't see him for what he really is.

:puke:

3. Completely agree with you... and since both candidates are
from this area, they aren't giving any attention to Tampa Bay because they figure the votes are already tallied... and that is horrible because a lot of people aren't feeling the intensity to go out and vote.
