it says an even split senate
and 227 Democrats 206 Republicans 2 Ties for the house

House polls are all over the place... And I think republican GOTV is overhyped. Sure they won in 2002 and 2004 but remember 2002 was all about terra terra and Iraq and 2004 was about gay marriage and staying the course again. I just don't believe they will succeed with their GOTV this year.

2. We can't lose hope two weeks before the elections...
Have you ever noticed that the Dems do well in the polls until about a week or two before the elections, when the polls show the Republicans miraculously "catching up"? I hope we don't fall for it this time.
