The correct label is 'criminality' not 'stupidity.'

And I am not talking criminal negligence.

As they look for cover in their fascist fantasies (#1 being the fig leaf of Bush as unitary authoritarian executive) their words and actions make it crystal clear that they do not expect those fantasies to hold.
