CNN needs to quit showing war footage - Fox News
I was just watching Fox as I scanned the channels and apparently CNN has gotten some film of a big battle in Iraq they have been showing. I gather it shows us getting our clocks cleaned and may even show and American being killed. Fox then had a couple of Republican Congressmen on saying how CNN should be stopped from showing this footage and then alluded to this is helping the enemy.

Really, wasn't that subject covered in the recent terrorist bill that was just passed. Something about Americans aiding and abetting the enemy could be charged as an enemy combatant and of course habeas corpus wouldn't be avaliable to them.

Folks, I think the dictatorship is here.

15. Crazy networks
I think it's important to see footage from the wars so we know what's really happening.

I like this song and video on You Tube.

26. And that is exactly why they don't want you to see footage of the war
They don't want the people to know what a disaster this thing is.

That fox newsreader learned the meaning of "yes sir." At some point a flood of words was unleashed by Wes Clark. Normally he stays within the question, but talking about censorship and the death of the troops, really caused him to speak exactly what was on his mind.

It is a great interview.

19. Are Fox and the GOP ashamed of their handiwork?
Tired of this splendid little war you wanted so badly, boys? Yes, it's distressing to see our troops killed or blown up or dismembered for no reason. It's distressing to watch our troops dropping bombs on people who never meant us any harm, who can't fight back and who can't get away. See, this is what some of us have been telling you for years. But now you're upset by it. Why is that? Is it okay if I call you naive? Lily-livered? Wusses? Morans? Traitors?

Harsh, I know. But that's what I've put up with from you and your ilk for the last five years.

24. Doubt they're ashamed. They know that when horrific
casualties in Vietnam were shown on tv night after night, public sentiment went against that war, LBJ and unfortunately got tricky dick elected.

They don't want it to happen to them.
