Libby Dole on FTN. Insane.
"If you elect Democrats they will raise your taxes, weaken our national security, and destroy our SHARED VALUES."

Schieffer asks "What are SHARED VALUES?"
"It means that Democrats will appoint federal judges who...if they don't like a law...will just CHANGE the law."

fear FEAR FEAR!!!

This woman is beyond delusional.
She is way over the edge.

1. And terra,, terra, terra
But why doesn't Schumer (or more importantly, the moderator) ask her how many of the millions of new jobs are jobs that pay enough for a person to support their families?

And why doesn't the question come up of regarding how many people have just stopped looking because they can't find a job? Those people are not in the 4.5% number the Dole spits out.

Why doesn't the truth come out?

14. Hey, I have John Warner AND George Felix Allen, Jr.
Edited on Sun Oct-22-06 10:22 AM by spooky3
but I hope one of those will change very soon.

Warner seems to be a man of integrity, and he does respond to letters (even just to politely tell you you are wrong), but his voting record is very very conservative. Felix, on the other hand, does not respond to constituent letters and has no redeeming values whatsoever.

And re: OP--E. Dole has never uttered a sentence with which I have agreed. She is a complete disgrace; a phony idiot.

What 'shared values' could Democrats destroy?

IIRC, in 2004, according to the official tally 51% of Americans voted for Bush and 49% for Kerry. In 2000, even according to the official tally, over half the voters voted for Gore.

So what gives Libby Dole the right to say that the values shared by HER half of the voters are truly 'shared' and those of the other half are not?

In any case, Republican congressmen seem to be amazingly prone to trouble with the police, which doesn't seem to correspond with 'sharing a society's values' - which generally include 'don't steal; don't cheat; don't take bribes; don't take sexual advantage of under-age people; don't drive when drunk; etc." Perhaps it's no wonder that they all seem so hostile to judges.

19. A dilemma...or not.
It's the future: imagine you're the only breeding male left on the only island still supporting life.
Okay? Then from out of the mist come the last two females on earth. Libby Dole and Lynne Cheney.
Would you, COULD you sleep with either? I didn't think so...
