Just finished my absentee
Just completed my absentee ballot (here in California), to mail tomorrow. Easily breezed through it, with a straight Democratic line...until...I got to Diane Feinstein. Spent over half an hour pondering, pacing, meditating, cringing, holding my nose..you name it! Just couldn't bring myself, under all these circumstances, to vote for her. Instead voted for Peace and Freedom Candidate.

Hope everyone understands..I consider her to be part of the 'problem' in D.C...not ANY PART of the 'solution'...

2. You need TWO STAMPS to mail your ballot...

I live in CA and I was told (at P.O.) that they weighed at 63 cents. Rat bastards. Spread the word, ok? :hi:

Edited to add: I'm voting for Peace and Freedom candidate, as well. Dianne will not get my vote this time around. I just can't do it. I just can't.

3. CA absentee balloteers, here....
We sat in awe as our grown sons voted for Jerry Brown for the first time...just as we did many years ago.

He is one of our family heroes.

4. I'd vote for her just because the senate is so important this year and I
wouldn't want to take any chances (but I do agree with you).

Jerry Brown is the one I'd have problems with. His presidential campaign in '92 was bizarre. He was for a flat income tax. He's been an incredibly pro-development, pro-big business mayor.

Brown is were I'd vote for the green party candidate (and only because I'm sure Brown is going to win and the Republican has no chance).

5. Well, I held my nose
and filled in the arrow behind Feinstein. And my post office required only one stamp.

The difference could be in number of initiative in different areas requiring a larger ballot.
