Congressional Candidates, including sitting Senators and
House members, are limited to how much they can contribute to another campaign...

Senator Clinton's campaign is only able to contribute $2,100.00 per election cycle, primary or general...

Senator Clinton can contibute more to the House or Senate Democratic Election Campaign... She is able to contribute $ 26,700.00 to each committee...

An individual candidate is considered a PAC by the FEC when contributing to other candidates...
