4. Why "screw Ohio?" - that's like saying "Screw the Western Hemisphere" |
|
because Bush is president of one of the countries in it.

5. Well, I didn't mean it quite like that |
|
Just saying that we are all affected by Schmidt just like all of the Western Hemisphere is being affected by what Bush does.
No matter what - we do deserve better!

7. I understand - but all of Ohio is not responsible for Schmidt |
|
A tiny majority of voters in one Congressional District gave us Schmidt. Don't blame the whole state.

Schmidt would not last here in Columbus. Sure, we have a Republican, but he is a low-key Bush "yes"-man with no opinion of his own. A "yes"-man that I hope is going down in flames (Pat Tiberi).
By the way, if anyone has seen the anti-Tiberi ad with Tiberi rubber-stamping everyting Bush did? It is an excellent example of a good campaign ad and should be used all over the country (because, face it, Congress is full of Bush yes-men).
