Because of the likelihood that Rove now plans to manage Republican wins through post-election chaos, Democratic candidates must pledge that they will NOT CONCEDE any race without clear proof of a valid election.
NO CONCESSIONS!
Rove has a playbook for after-election chaos. It's the only way the GOP can keep Congress, now.
We can expect thuggery, obfuscation, turmoil, calls to do the "statesmanlike" thing, litigation, intimidation, and even agitprop, infiltrators and provocateurs.
NO CONCESSIONS!!
Forcing Dems to concede could mean the House and Senate.
