Barack Obama joins John Kerry to "Take back the Senate"
Edited on Wed Oct-25-06 03:30 PM by ProSense

Barack Obama and John Kerry are continuing their fight to take back the Senate. On Wednesday, Obama sent an email to the johnkerry.com community soliciting crucial, last-minute contributions for the four Senate races that will determine who controls Congress: Tennessee, Missouri, New Jersey, and Virginia.

He wrote: “This is our moment. In the last 24 hours, we have seen a tremendous outpouring of support from the johnkerry.com community. You've raised over $350,000, rushing money to four crucial Senate campaigns that will use this cash to expand their final media buys on Friday.”

More than $350,000 in 24 hours! Awesome!

2. Looks to me like two very outstanding Democrats working on behalf
of all of the rest of us.

What say we throw 'em a few bucks.

A strong case could be made that the cause is a very good one.

4. In the Blue Mass interview
Fixing Election problems was the first thing Kerry listed as what they would do. The link has the audio in the op - the transcript in reply 2

6. If he would join Kerry & Feingold on the Sanate floor, opposing
our treasonous regime, I would be more impressed.

7. Obama is such a sickening opportunist! Now that everything is all safe
he comes out of the woodwork. Where was he when Feingold needed him? Where was he when Kerry needed him? He's such a DLC wimp.

9. Senator Obama has been very active campaigning for many Democrats
on the local level.

Many state parties' operatives have invited him to speak on their slates' behalf and he has generously responded, shown up, raised money, lifted morale.

Senator Obama makes my starting line-up any day.
