Hannity to campaign for Santorum this Saturday (to appeal to the 10 fans in PA)
Ok, you know Rick, if you want to appeal to the undecided voter, bringing in Sean Hannity and gonna sway independants over to your side. Here's a secret for you Rick - the people who want to see Sean Hannity speak are probably already going to vote for you. And for the rest of us either we don't know who Sean Hannity is or we know who he is & what he represents and we don't like it one bit!

Conservative Hannity will campaign for Santorum
By Dave Pidgeon
Intelligencer Journal

Published: Oct 26, 2006 1:37 AM EST

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA - Noted conservative commentator Sean Hannity will be in Lancaster Saturday to give U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum a boost less than two weeks before the election.

Hannity and the two-term senator are scheduled to speak during the public rally starting at 7 p.m. in the Farm & Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Manheim Township.

“We are thrilled to have him,” Santorum spokeswoman Virginia Davis said. “Sean Hannity and Sen. Santorum share a very strong commitment to the security of this country.”

In his bid for a third term, Santorum faces Democratic state Treasurer Bob Casey Jr. Casey led Santorum by 11 points in the McClatchy-MSNBC poll released Monday.

4. They are so committed to the security that neither one
chose to serve in the military. I'm so fucking impressed. Lancaster is too nice a town to trash it by bringing in that garbage.

7. Seriously, though....
Are people who do the "news" really supposed to "campaign" for candidates? It used to be absolutely verboten, and considered a breach of ethics.

This sort of does kill the "fair and balanced" label he claims for himself night after night, doesn't it? You'd think FOX wouldn't want that, even if it is really a lie... I mean, it's pretty dead as claims go after this campaign appearance.

Is there anything that ISN'T too low for these NeoCons? They are just icky.

10. I'd say there be an issue there if Hannity was actually a newsman
but since he's nothing more than an entertainer for the Grape Kool-aidaholics, then I suppose he's free to do what he wants to do

13. But, think what would have happened if, say, Dan Rather
went out and campaigned for a Democrat. Think if Keith Olbermann went out and stumped for a Democrat! They'd be falling all over themselves shouting for "Journalistic Ethics", and all....

They are just such a bunch of hypocritical creeps. Really.

8. oh, to be in pennsylvania saturday with a pocket full of rotten tomatoes.
throwing tomatoes at santorum would be unwise. he's a senator.

but at the very least, that rally should be du-ed.

14. I've disliked Santorum ever since I was about 10, and my parents
told me about the kind of guy he is. But this election has shown me that in addition to being a jerk, Rick is surprisingly bad at running a campaign.
