Michael J. Fox was just interviewed on CBS evening news by Katie.
More of the interview coming up later in the broadcast, also entire interview can be seen on CBS website.

MJF is shaking terribly in this interview, he says from too much medication kicking in. He says you cannot predict how the medicine will effect the patient, sometimes too much effect and sometimes not enough.

3. Here's who needs to explain himself...
Why is Republican Arlen Specter leaving Michael Fox out to dry and be smeared by wingnuts when Michael Fox's first political ad on stem cell was made for SPECTER, a Republican?

Let's all call Specter and ask.

11. Excellent thought.
I think you should post a new thread re: a phone call to Arlen. If you would like...I'll gladly do it for you. It's your call...B-)

5. true like Matt's quip about Micalel Fox having to be
accountable-such BU**SH**, also it is ironic that the excess movemnt is actually due to the meds- that help him to be mobile and speak, wothout which he likely would not be able to do either much at all.

6. You're welcome. Here is link to her notes on the interview:

I posted the information for MJF only as I do not support Couric in any way.

8. "My interview" & "Couric & Co." -- she's so sickening. And self-promoting.

10. I thought her interview was just fine.
And her personal disclosure was done with class and sincerity.

12. Sorry, I can't take "Couric & Co." to witness for myself what the
chameleon's mood is for the day. I had my fill watching her on the Today Show. I'll never forget the way she gushed over the Bushes with familiarity & gave utmost, unquestioned respect for any Republican. I can still see how unabashedly she swallowed Nancy Reagan's comment about "Ronnie" & "Pope Paul" having "so much in common" during their on-air tour of the new Reagan library. I watched her for years until the days when the media began to rake Clinton over the coals 24/7. That's when I became acquainted with a computer, & boy, did I send the letters far & wide. ;)

13. Don't get me wrong...
I started watching when her broadcasts begun, and within a week, had turned to NBC News. Truth be told, I watch the network news maybe three times a month. Most, like 95% comes from the Internet.

Couldn't agree more about Couric. I will give her credit for the interview though...in the same kind of way I would give credit to jebbushs family for talking about drug programs ONLY because they have addicts in the family..that is to say not much. Bunch of hypocrites.

Michael J Fox...thank you for speaking up for ALL of us future and present victims of disease.

edit:spellcheck'd~
