Awwww SHIT!!!! Election theft AGAIN????
Will a shocking new GOP court victory and Karl Rove's attack on Ohio 2006 doom the Democrats nationwide?
by Bob Fitrakis & Harvey Wasserman
October 30, 2006

COLUMBUS---With a major GOP federal court victory, the Ohio 2006 election has descended into the calculated chaos that has become the trademark of a Karl Rove election theft, and that could help keep the Congress in Republican hands nationwide.

Through a complex series of legal maneuvers, and now a shocking new decision from the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the GOP has thrown Ohio's entire process of voting and vote counting into serious disarray. The mess is perfectly designed to suppress voter turnout, make election monitoring and a recount impossible, and allow the Republican Party to emerge with a victory despite overwhelming evidence the electorate wants exactly the opposite.

No wonder Rove and Chimpy are so confident and not worried about the election. Is this their October surprise? We are sooooo phucked. :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr:

1. Enough with the defeatist shit already!!!!!!!!
We can and will win this thing and consequently, take our country back, but with this defeatist talk, people are going to say "why the hell vote?". This is what we do not need.

20. So let me ask you this
would you rather people's civil rights to vote and have their vote counted be ignored and let it happen? Sorry but I don't think so.

12. That article sounds like Civil War II is ready to start
grab a weapon and head for OH! It's our time.

I wonder why when Chimpy was preening about signing the VRA extension, no one asked him about this.

14. I am sick to death of their smirky faces
showing overwhelming confidence. It's like dealing with school yard bullies who never get caught or punished. I hope this article turns out to be wrong.....but I am scared........really scared.

15. It's his fault along with the rest of the scumbag repukes
They will NEVER accept defeat.

I went to Ted Strickland's rally tonight.....Dr. Wulsin was there along with Richard Cordray and local candidates. It was so wonderful and positive. They all gave speeches that were energetic and the crowd was fired up. I am so proud of Ted and the rest of the candidates.

16. What do you mean by fault?
It's his career success. Since no Dems will be allowed to vote, if one person votes for him, he will win.

17. They won't vote for Blackwell
...it's just that they can't vote against him. Aye, there's the rub.

I warned my Ohio relatives not to vote absentee, but they insisted that the Democratic Party had called and encouraged them to do just that.

Ohio is the most corrupt state in the union.

22. Too true...
but if I were to take my chances in Ohio, I'd go with the machine. Ohio already has a track record of throwing out too many votes.

I don't live there, but I was recently back home. My family said that they had received mail from the party to advise them to vote absentee. It's a tough call, but I'd go to the polls.

19. Not surprising
Chaos is what they want so you'll be busy looking over there instead of what is really going on.
