4. sadly, two are Dems and youngest one in Idaho is a Repub like his dad

I watched my dad pull 3 tours of duty in Viet Nam. I don't want to watch that again. I cried when each one of them was born and the doc said, "it's a boy!" Scared to death about wars in the future by the rich ...

5. one of mine works at Dominoes as assist manager, one is a delivery

driver for a liquor company and the Republican son is a rancher/cowboy. None make over $24,000. a year. In fact only one makes over $18,000., that the driver. It is depressing.

And a college education ought to be available to all. The costs have escalated beyond all reason. Money which has been diverted to the World's Only Superpower's war machine should be put to work for building, not destroying.

7. Understand your feelings

our grandson had a chance for college and turned it down to enlist in AF. Three months later found himself in Iraq, so he has been there twice and now on his way to Afganistan for a year! Believe me he is sorry he did not take our offer to pay his tuition. He intends to go into law enforcement when he is discharged in 2008. He has a brother and four male cousins all i6 & 17 and he has told them ," go to college", don't make the mistake I did. The AF promised him the moon, never saw it!
