Creepy. Does Jeb know something the rest of us don't??
Even if taken at face value, with the large number of storms we've lived through the past 2 years, Jeb's comments are simply superfluous.
Bush to Floridians: Keep eye on skiesBY JIM ASH
FLORIDA TODAY

TALLAHASSEE – With most of official Florida focused on Election Day, Gov. Jeb Bush is urging Floridians to keep an eye on the weather.
Election Day is Nov. 7. The Atlantic Hurricane Season, which has been unusually mild this year, ends Nov. 30. Bush urged Floridians in a recent announcement to use the date as a reminder to make a disaster plan.
“Florida and our neighboring Gulf Coast states have been blessed with a quiet hurricane season. However, with the emergence of El Nino, Floridians must remain vigilant in preparing for potential hazardous weather conditions year-round,” Bush said, referring to the fickle ocean current that drives much of the weather in this hemisphere.

Florida Division of Emergency Management Director Craig Fugate is also urging residents to go to www.floridadisaster.org. for instructions on making disaster plans.
