GOP victory the best thing for Al-Qaeda
Don't take my word for it, read what a wise man has to say:

http://www.consortiumnews.com/2006/103106.html

- Keeping U. S. Soldiers bogged down in Iraq is the best way to expand Al-Qaeda influence.
- the biggest Al-Qaeda worry: a prompt military withdrawal might expose how fragile Al-Qaeda's position is in Iraq and cause many young jihadists to lay down their guns and go home.
- and so much more

So please share this information with the flag waving chickenhawks amongst you. It would be in their best interests if we came home because if we continue with bush's failed policies even the chickenhawks will be called to serve. Drafted if you will. Perish the thought. They can be damn sure bush, cheney etc don't give a fuck about their sorry asses. Meanwhile bush contemplates packing for his big 2009 move to a country which does not have an extradition treaty with the U. S., Paraguay.

1. Backs most of what I've believed for years
Take away their reasons and it will collapse. There'll still be hardcore fanatics but not as many eager volunteers.

For the chickenhawks, they should read Heinlein's "For Us, The Living". The US passed a constitutional amendment that states all wars not involving an actual attack against our shores must have a national referendum. If you vote for the war you automatically sign up for it and are inducted the next morning-regardless of age, gender, etc. If you vote against it you don't go.

2. There is no doubt in my military mind
that if a republican senator seriously proposed bringing back the draft, the cowards amongst us would either admit their gayness or swear their allegiance to the democratic party. They want to kick some serious raghead ass as long as someone else is doing the kicking.

3. I remember a news special a year or so ago, where Al Qaeda
put out a call for volunteers, thinking they would get a few hundred. They got something like 25,000 and counting. They were coming from all over the Mideast and were quite eager to "get" the Americans. It makes sense that they would be more than happy to go home, once the enemy did the same.

I've always wondered how much of a difference it would make if/when this regime was no longer in power. Hopefully, in 2008, we'll find out, as it looks like we'll still be in Iraq by that election. God knows GW doesn't know how to get us out of there and will have to rely on the next president to clean up his mess.
