Could Congress declare this election invalid then stay in power? They use e-fraud issues |

to claim widespread problems that invalidate results then they retain congressional seats until they say it's ok?
Seems entirely possible to me that Bush Republicans are ready to use this in their favor now that it's become exposed.
We now know Bush has obtained the right to declare martial law if necessary. Are there existing laws that would allow him to retain his favorite congress?
It's so Bush I can almost feel confident in predicting it.

9. That must be right. It would be too dangerous to leave it up to those who are being elected. |

5. I think they could apeal the results to the U.S. Supreme court for a |

determination. And we know that they would deliberate fairly and come up with a very fair and just decision. Don't we?

it may require do-overs in at least some states.
Sigh...
At the very least it could be used to delay the start of inquiries and subpoenas. Right?

8. i expect they have a PLAN |
|
but i think it would be more on the local level, in the races they have some control over. where they've put bush loyalists in positions to affect the outcome, just like in florida and ohio.
