I think we might see a real twist on the 'election fraud' front this go-round
'00 ...... '02 ...... '04 ....... but not '06. At least not how some expect it.

The 'fraud' will be blamed somehow on the Dems. The Republic Party is about to get their collective clocks collectively cleaned. As in a blowout that will make the most dour DUer stand up and cheer.

And in that aftermath, the Republic Party Chorus will be singing all over teevee and in the press that the Dems stole it. Vote fraud. Machine hacking. Voter intimidation. Everything we've said about them, they'll say about us.

In the aftermath, the process will finally get cleaned up. And in the cleanup, thrown out with the trash, will be any remaining evidence of anything that ever happened in the previous three cycles.

1. They'll have a hard time
making their whining seem believable when everybody knows they're toast.

2. Count on it.
This is for all the marbles. They cannot afford to lose control of Congress without 95% of them indictable for crimes. I think the 2nd round of the elections will be in Court. Prepare for a very costly and long litigation process. I hope the DNC is getting ready to fundraise for this contingency.

3. Ding ding ding! We have a winner!
I've been thinking this ever since the corporate owned media woke up and noticed that election fraud, tampering, intimidation etc. were problems and running specials (a la Lou Dobbs) on them. Why? They never gave a rats ass in 2000 or 2004 when there were real concerns but now, all of a sudden there's a big panic. I think they realized the Dems were going to do well in spite of all the efforts to steal the election and they better start covering their asses now. Then, after the election, they can point to machine malfunctions, and say, see, both sides do it.

4. They're already doing it on the freeper/con boards
The missing memory cards are OBVIOUSLY because dems are already tampering! And, and...all those dead people voting in New York, and of course Hugo Chavez runs the whole system for us. Clearly we're going to win this time because of electronic voting.

I am not making this up. It's dark and scary lurking around on those boards, but it really is good to know exactly how delusional and in their won creepy little world they really are.

6. My Take About THEM Calling Fraud Is This....
They say the close elections were stolen and they want a recount... we LET them have the recount.

They will be taking a risk on this one because we have seen that hacking is pretty simple. Now, do THEY take a chance of getting caught in the middle of a game they essentially created?? Will they call foul and possibly find that it was THEIR foul??

I'm not so naive to think that Dems wouldn't/couldn't hack, but that HASN'T been the case. I KNOW Dems have run some fraudulent elections in years past, but since the rage with electronic voting it's mostly been perpetrated by Repukes, or so it seems. No proof here. I also know that "some" electronic voting has been around for over 20 years, but NOTHING like the technology we have today.

My best estimation is that a great deal of it began in 2000 and got worse in 2004! I personally think that many machines all over the nation had some fiddling to give The Idiot his 3 million extra votes. I don't think it was done in just a couple of states.

But there is one state that really does have me worried. TN might have some serious hacking going on because I have some email friends from TN and many tell me that Ford has more support than the polls show. But that could be them. I did hear that today some of the machines in TN didn't even have the memory card in them and they don't know where they are! Sooooooooo that's my take on it.

Also, Jebby is still pretty much in charge here in Florida and I've been out campaigning a lot, many many newspapers have endorsed Davis and I know of Repukes who have told me they are voting for Dems, but Davis is behind in the polls. On ground it just doesn't seem that way and Jim Davis is coming to Sarasota County Sunday with Bob Graham. This is a RED district and we don't get many Democratic candidates stumping here, so they must think they are winning. This is Cruella's District, but there are a lot of Davis signs in yards. Still most polls show Crist up by 7 to 10 pts. and it irritates me. Jennings is ahead right now and has been since the primaries, but we have NO paper trail and we have had rumblings about absentee ballots NOT being counted last time out. If Crist wins, I wonder if Davis will challenge. I think he should. FCATs are very unpopular here AND taxes and insurance hikes are a serious serious problem. Crist is tied to insurance companies and wants to keep FCATs and EVERYONE is howling about these issues. My home insurance skyrocketed, my taxes on a 5-acre patch of land we own went through the roof so I am worried about Jebby and his fingers in the Governor's race.

7. The DIFFERENCE will be that the Republics will press their case.
THEY will not roll over and take it like a certain other party did in '00, '02 and '04. They'll hold up the results all the way to their own Supreme Court. They will fight like demons. "Sore losers," "Get over it" and "Conspiracy Theorists" will fall on some seriously deaf ears with them. Just watch and learn.

8. This scares me because
they have (1) the power and (2) the ethics of a snake that hasn't had a meal in a month.

I have NO doubt that if the election turns badly enough for them they would not hesitate to use the power of the "unitary" executive to overturn the election.

I can hear Bush saying it now, "We cannot let the terrorists win. IF this stolen result is allowed to stand then the terrorists will be on our doorsteps ready to take our freedoms. As your President is it my most important duty to protect Americans and keep them safe.

Therefore, under the powers vested in me by the Constitution, the Patriot act and the Military Commissions Act, I am declaring marshall law in the United States. Rest assured that we will get to the bottom of how this election was stolen by the terrorist sympathizers and when the culprits have been brought to justice we will have a new election in which the American people will have total confidence because they will know that the terrorists have been dealt with.

10. Contested House races don't go to the Supremes - by law.
Contested House races go to .... the House! The Republic Party controlled US House of Representatives.

11. No, his most important duty is to "protect and defend the Constitution"
That's what he swore an oath to do.

Protecting and defending the Constitution is the best way to protect Americans.

12. Of course it is according to the Constitution
which Bush calls "just a piece of paper". I was referring to his interpretation that the most important duty is to protect the people.

He obviously doesn't honor his oath anyway so what does the oath matter?

14. Yep - for 6 years it's been the stuff of tin foil hats,
but if they don't manage to tweak enough machines to steal it, it'll be the Democrats who stole the election. Yeah, right. As far as I know, Diebold hasn't changed hands.
