NEW Newsweek POLL: Dems UP by 16 (54 / 38), Chimp at 35%

Most prefer DEM control (53 / 32). Only 29% satisfied with direction of country.

2. It's 35% of 50%. Or 17.5%.

Only half of eligible voters vote.

So it's grim, but not that grim.
