It so telling. While we are urging a big turn out for democrats |
|
Those who call themselves "conservatives" and "christians" are urging each other to vote for racists, constitution haters, criminals, future defendants in corruption and bribery trials, non-outed pedophiles, lying evangelical ministers, those who would do away with scientific research, non-veterans who urge the continued deaths of our kids in Iraq and all around slime human beings.
I'm gonna pull that straight party democratic ticket tomorrow proudly. I believe it will be like renewing my enlistment vows of supporting and defending the constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.

are you opposed to voting for Dems down the line individually instead of just one vote? It seems to me it would be more difficult to hack if they had to hack everyone you vote for individually.

I will adjust my plans accordingly but I will be in and out in no time. There is always someone who gets in the voting booth and has to think about it. I just don't get it.

7. Babylonsister brings up a good point about the "straight ticket" option... |
|
She & I are both in TX and I believe we have both heard the same reports of Dem straight tickets being differentiated and eliminated.
I don't remember if any of these were substantiated, but I think it is a prudent idea anyway to punch every candidate individually, and not make it very easy for anyone to differentiate a "straight ticket".
Not to mention, at least in TX, if there is a special election where multiple Dems are running for a single seat (happened to us because of redistricting judicial decision), if you vote straight ticket it will invalidate a vote for your corresponding special election (in other words, it will select ALL Dems running for that seat which will invalidate your vote).
Anyway, I feel more secure in punching each Dem individually and it's more fun too!
