Can Mark Foley Vote Today?......
Just curious. Then he would have to come out of hiding. Where is his polling place? The media should hold a vigil there to catch him - unless he voted absentee. But if he did that - he'd be taking a chance that his vote didn't count.

I thought that this group that was investigating the Foley scandal was supposed to do it fast and have a report before the election.

1. Why wouldn't he be able to vote?
As yet, he hasn't been convicted of any crimes so it seems to me that he should be able to vote. But I could be wrong, it is Florida after all and we all know that the election process in that state is, um, er, shall we say irregular.
