4. Her stategy to get out into the rural areas and not JUST campaign
in the urban/suburban is being discussed over in the Texas group now. My contention is using her as a model to return Texas to the blue. Good on yall Missouri mules !!!! Always fight forward!

8. Me too.. (saw Senator-elect Tester on Hardball, CNN & Big Eddie)
And he was great on all of them!! http://media.nwcurrent.com/images/tester+jon_main.jpg

Except that babble-mouth Matthews (as usual) cut him off before he could finish his last sentence.. Tester said "Hey Chris.." and Matthews in his (((LOUD))) voice yelled "THANK YOU JON TESTER AND COMING UP NEXT ON HARDBALL IS BLAH, BLAH, BLAH")

Damn Tweety..

I also missed Senator-elect Claire McCaskill (had to take the dumb dog out).. but I'm sure she did great!

9. My doggy girl is sitting by my side and insists on posting:
Who's the dumb one? (Who took who out, who goes to work to feed who?)

She never lets me live this down...ever...

Ok, Tallulah, ya happy now?

17. She said she would probably vote to confirm John Bolton,
...since the president should have a lot of discretion in that area.

She also said that she's never been in the chamber of the US Senate.

19. Yup, I heard her say that.
I was a little shocked. But then she went on to explain .... since Tweety looked a little shocked at the admission.

20. There may be a vote by the current Senate,
...and so it isn't clear if she'll have the opportunity to vote yes or no, but she said she would probably vote yes on John Bolton (if there is a vote by the new Senate.)

25. Everyone loves McCaskill now...
and I'm thrilled to have her, and Talent out, but...

I doubt many in Missouri are mistaking her for a true progressive. I think we'll find she's more moderate than a lot of us would like.

7. She totally charmed the pants off Tweety
It was an amzing thiong to watch. Once he managed to unsuction his lips from Job Tester's working man, blue jeans, Mr. Smith-esque ass, he was cold as ice with McCaskill. Then she started talking, and you saw the ice melting, spittle flying from Tweey's little mouth in every direction as he began to slobber over her. At the end he looked like a lovesick fifteen year old when she described her goosebumps at the prospect of entering the Senate chamber (Matthews is perhaps the world's biggest suckker for that sort of historical fetishism). Done. He was in her side pocket and carried off to the fair. It was quite an amusing spectacle.

14. He has that same reaction to Kristen Breitweiser whenever she's on the show.
Little pink hearts come floating out of his ears like soapy bubbles out of a plastic wand. It's really quite fascinating.

21. Agree on her "practiced" answers, didn't do well with the Bolton ? seemed uninformed, should
have said she needs time to study before answering instead of just sayiong she'll vote for him.

23. Know what?
A charmer like her? From the South? Perfect Vice President (not in '08).
I'd say President, but...she's a lady.
