War protester sues over arrest /CHARLOTTE COUNTY FL

CHARLOTTE COUNTY -- While his fellow veterans prepare for their day of national honor on Saturday, Robert Moran waits for his day in court.

Moran, a 65-year-old former Army welder and father of four military veterans, was arrested and accused of trespassing while holding an anti-war sign at a Republican campaign rally. Gov. Jeb Bush was the guest of honor that day, stumping for then-U.S. House candidate Joe Negron.

Moran saw the perfect opportunity to wave his homemade sign that read: "Dumb men start wars."

2. Good on you, Mr. Moran

This is a pretty good story, written with fairness to both sides. But I'm highly impressed with the picture it draws of Robert Moran. I hope he wins, and gets everything his modest prayer for relief requests.

in Fl. The sheriffs department there was on of the first LEA that implemented reverse sting drug buys and forfeiture in the country.
