PM Howard Thinks Al Gore's Movie Is "peevish"
Edited on Tue Nov-14-06 09:30 AM by RestoreGore
Gore film 'peevish'

JOHN Howard has caught up with Al Gore's acclaimed film An Inconvenient Truth but isn't too impressed, saying it shows "a degree of the peeved politician".

Pointing to the "constant jibes at the Bush Administration", Mr Howard said Mr Gore was "still sort of fighting a former political battle".

Mr Howard did concede the Mr Gore was "very dedicated" to the climate change issue. During his September trip to Australia, Mr Gore sent Mr Howard a copy of the film. Mr Howard urged those interested in the climate change debate to look at the report on the nuclear option from the group chaired by Ziggy Switkowski when it comes out soon.

Mr Gore is back in Australia this week to train volunteers chosen to deliver his presentation.

Well gee, perhaps when Bush is brought up on war crimes charges, PM Howard can then sit next to him since he has supported this illegal Iraq carnage and Bush from the beginning. And now he is supporting a new kind of carnage on our planet. What a truly immoral man he is. Farmers are committing suicide in his country due to the worst drought in 100 years, and all he can think about is his own political career. And he dares to call Al Gore's movie political and 'peevish?' It just goes to show you that some people simply cannot do right when it goes against their wallets, and that politics isn't only toxic in this country. It seems to be a worldwide disease.

How ugly fourth grader of Howard, to not address the issues. How typical of a conservative, to feel obligated to judge the performer instead of the performance.

Edited to add "he said, comma, ironically"

because theirs have had to succomb to rising sea levels. I suppose the severe drought his country is suffering through to the point of economic stagnation isn't enough to convince him.
