For all you praying people here. Can we start praying for the people

of Iraq and a peaceful end to this horror? Or if you are like me, can you send light and love to that region? Maybe we should add Darfur to the list also. I get very upset reading about what has happened over there and it is almost incomprehensible to me that the US has virtually destroyed a country. We all know it is not right and all I can think of to help is to meditate on peace.

Mods I hope you don't delete this. It has been on my mind and in my thoughts for a long while now. I know this is not everyone's gig and I am not trying to be disrespectful.

That said, my pastor includes a prayer for peace every Sunday in the service.

4. I kind of said that. I don't pray but I send love to people. It is just a

matter of conjuring it up, (by thinking of something I really love) and visualize sending it to someone. Others like candles. Whatever your thing.

BTW - I was listening to Wayne Dyer, (love him) and he said that if you can't sleep go walk barefoot in the grass for three minutes and you will go right to sleep. Any insomniacs who want to try this will you report back? I would love to hear about it.
