Wingers are calling our shows - new meme |
|
"It's Bush's War" + "Bush screwed it up" + "Bush is not a conservative"
Conclusion: The disaster in Iraq is the fault of liberalism.
the same mental calesthentics that make people believe that Fox is fair and balanced have now got them believing that neocons are not at fault for the worst foreign policy disaster in history.

1. right - you don't think they'd actually take responsibility for something |
|
for once, do you?
I mean, they can try to distance themselves from Bush all they want, but in my opinion, each of those people have the blood of thousands on their selfish little greedy hands. I know that sounds harsh, but I am sick of being called a traitor for loving my country so much that I want to save it from the NeoCons and TheoCons ruining the very things that make us great.
Screw them.

4. This AM I heard a caller on the WJ say the Iraq mess is all the fault |
|
of the NEOCONS, and they are made up of both Dems and Pubs! I almost fell out of my chair! What Dem could ever be considered a neocon??????
I really wonder where these people come from?

7. They come from everywhere... |

... and since at least 2001 they have been proudly proclaiming themselves "Greens" and "I'm not a Dem, kick them all out". As to their sincerity towards claiming to be "Green", I view them as those The Nation warned of earlier this fall, they use a lot of verbal rhetoric, but actually do nothing to grow the grassroots.
Which brings me to this conundrum: Are they merely political neophytes, ie... clueless; or, are they only seeking to further divide, thus attempting to keep the GOP in power?
P.S.: I watched that segment of WJ this morning, and it smelled all too much of the usual agitators in political forums/chats. They seem to have gone into hiding of late.

12. Oh no, they're not going to blame liberals for starting the war |
|
They're going to blame us for losing it. In their world, we would have been greeted as liberators and the cheap oil would have flowed except for those damned antiwar liberals... same folks who caused us to lose the Vietnam War and everyone knows that they all spit on the vets and hate the real patriots, etc., etc.
Slogans are the chainsaws of thought, and rightwingernuts love clear cuts.

Oh well. If people want to be ignorant-let them. I think there's little I can do for someone that's drank that much Kool-Aid.

Watching right wingie-dingie efforts to spin away the disastrous Iraq war can be more fun than watching adults playing "Twister" (tm) nekkid and covered in massage oil.
