Poll question: Vilsack, yea or nea? |
|
I'm watching him on CSPAN, and I just don't see him as a strong candidate for 2008. First off, he's rather bland. Second, for my taste anyway, he's too middle-of-the-road. And third, after an election in which Latinos deserted the Republicans en masse, the last thing we need is the governor who made English the official language of his state as our candidate. That's my bloviation. What do you think?

Syphon votes away from Edwards. Be centrist so Hillary can look slightly left. Define the centrist middle as what the heartland wants. Muddy up Iowa so no matter what happens, it can be spun to be influenced by Vilsack running. He's not a serious candidate, it's just beyond ridiculous to think he is.
