Are we doing opposition research for the Right?
Edited on Fri Dec-01-06 07:02 PM by usregimechange
As 08 DU primary battles flare, can the Right layoff staffers due to some of our hard work? I just learned of more inconsistencies, mistakes, etc. Will you endorse the following pledge?

I will promise to try my best to support my candidate without using negative attacks on the primary choices of other DUers.

Thank you.

1. With one caveat.
I will promise to try my best to support my candidate without using negative attacks on the primary choices of other DUers, unless their candidate is clearly the wrong choice. :D

I will promise to try my best to support my candidate without using negative attacks on the primary choices of other DUers, unless their candidate is clearly the wrong choice. Furthermore, if others attack my candidate of choice with spin and calumny, all bets are off! :grr:

for long time members only. We need to know every weakness so we will have a counter to every possible attack, but we dont need to help the righties out you know..

I didn't like Kerry at first, i was a Dean supporter, but, once the primary was over, i was supporting Kerry 100%.

Other people can make up their own damn minds and perceive negatives for themselves. I will be relentlessly positive in advocating for my candidate, (insert name here).

I also promise that I will subject advocates of both my own candidate and all the others to rigorous questioning to make sure we all know exactly what we are getting from each one. No attacks, just allowing the advocates to explain their candidate more clearly.
